Minimum Page Rank is 0, and maximum is 10.

Many experts consider that this days, the PageRank almost doesn’t affect a website position.

That looks partly true – although by checking google position of one word or another, usually the first page’s webs will have more PR – Page Rank then the websites on page 3-4, but usually the order of the results wont be the same as the PageRank.

But, Page Rank is the only Rank people commonly think Google gives out. But, I will give you a little hint.

You can be sure of the web site’s indexed web pages by searching on Google “site:domain.com”. That will give you another “scale” to determine if a website is really a quality website.

Also, You can check Yahoo’s linkdomain, Yahoo’s link, Google’s link, Alexa Rank, External Links from the main page, Flash/Text website, and much more.
