You can get one way links from sites with high Page Rank in several ways including…

You can  submit articles to the online article directories. This can be either in the resource panel at the end of your article, or in the body of the article. Some sites don’t accept self promotion so one solution is to use a pseudonym as professional writers have done for years.

Or you can issue a press release with a link to your site. You’ve probably heard of this method (potentially it’s a great way to get links) but maybe you have never done a press release so where do you start?

Or you can buy links with any PR you want. But that’s costly. And the search engines don’t like paid links – if they know they’re paid for.

However search engine spiders from Yahoo and MSN will apparently follow nofollow links, even if Google ignores them for PR purposes.
